I booked rooms and paid for them on the thaiguide thaipay when I arrived the rooms were not there they were rude and now refuse to refund my money

Is it correct ? Please make a consideration.
1. "they were rude", Ans: Who ? The hotel, not us. You should wrote �the hotel staffs were rude�
2. "when I arrived the rooms were not there". Ans: We have the evidence that the hotel booked 3 rooms for you. If someone would like to see, please ask.
3. "now refuse to refund my money", Ans: Have you received e-mail yesterday? We refund for 50% because the resort charge for 50%.
4. You post on Tonsai Bay Resort page. Is it fair for them ? The readers will understand the hotel is Tonsai Bay Resort. As you see, I did not refer to the hotel name because we (You, our company and the resort) can discuss in the polite way and did not dishonour someone openly.
5. As per cancellation policy, this case is non-refund. But for your satisfaction, we asked the hotel to refund some for you. They are OK.
All you do is not the polite way, you throw all the mistake to us although we did not make them. We do everything the best. We booked 3 rooms for you and have the document from the hotel. For other companies, if you went to the resort but refused to stay, they will not pay anything back to you at all.
